SARS-CoV-2 N RT-qPCR kit is a real-time, one-step reverse transcription PCR test used for qualitative detection of the SARS-CoV-2 specific N (Nucleocapsid) gene. The test gives results in less than 50 minutes. Sensitivity of SARS-CoV-2 N RT-qPCR kit was determined as 98.7% and specificity was determined as 100%.
