SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) RT-qPCR Tespit Kiti

The SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) qPCR detection kit provides qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 that causes 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID19). The kit is applied to nucleic acid isolates from nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab, nasopharyngeal aspirate / lavage, bronchoalveolar lavage and sputum samples from patients with signs and symptoms suggestive of COVID-19.

This mass rapid diagnosis is accomplished through one-step reverse transcription (RT) and real-time PCR (qPCR) (RT-qPCR) targeting the SARS-CoV-2 specific RdRp (RNA dependent RNA polymerase) gene and RNase P gene functions . The kit has been validated with the RINA ™ M14 Nucleic Acid Extraction Robot, Cat No: RINA-M14-01 and consumables (Cat No: RN-NA-14-111-100). The SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) qPCR Detection Kit was included in the Emergency Use List by obtaining the approval of WHO.
